MEMORY:
NOW PAINFULLY FAMILIAR
AND AGAIN NOT;
FLEETING ELUSIVE
BUT OBSESSIVE

DEFIES DEFINITION
STIFLES WORDS
RECOGNITION
BUT NOT YEARNING
THAT BECOMES A PAIN IN THE THROAT
A GROWING LUMP THAT IS
A HOLLOW MOUNTAIN OF CLOUD
BEFORE BURSTING
TO BLUR MY VISION
INTO UNCONTROLLABLE TORRENTS

MEMORY,
FOREVER PERSISTENT, FOREVER
DISSOLVING,
FOREVER
HALF-FORMED MEMORY
